1. Orders & Payments

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
• Payment is taken at the time of purchase. Prices include VAT where applicable.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• Our meal kits contain perishable items and must be delivered to the address provided at checkout.
• We are not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. courier delays, incorrect addresses, or missed deliveries).
• Boxes should be unpacked and refrigerated/froze as instructed upon arrival.

3. Refunds & Returns

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.
• If your box arrives damaged, incomplete, or you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with order details and photos. We will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a replacement or refund.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

4. Allergens & Food Safety

• Full allergen information is provided with each box. It is the customer’s responsibility to check ingredient labels before consumption.
• At Your Table is not liable for any adverse reactions caused by undisclosed allergies.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, including recipes, images, branding, and packaging design, remains the property of At Your Table. It may not be reproduced or used without permission.

6. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
