Delivery Areas
We currently deliver within the UK (mainland only). Unfortunately, we cannot ship internationally at this time.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

  • All orders are freshly prepared to order.
  • Boxes are dispatched on Thursdays using a tracked next-day delivery service.
  • You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Instructions

  • Our meal kits contain perishable ingredients and must be refrigerated or frozen immediately upon arrival.
  • If you are not home, please provide a safe place or neighbour for delivery in the checkout notes.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for missed deliveries or boxes left unrefrigerated after delivery.

Standard delivery: £6.50

Packaging & Freshness

  • Each box is carefully packed with ice to maintain freshness during transit.
  • Packaging is designed to be eco-friendly and recyclable wherever possible.

Delays
We currently deliver locally ourselves to ensure the highest level of care. On rare occasions, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control (such as severe weather or unexpected traffic). We’ll always do our best to keep you informed and resolve any issues.

Problems with Your Delivery
If your box arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 - 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
