Perishable Products
Because our dinner boxes contain fresh and perishable ingredients, we are unable to accept returns. This is to ensure the highest standards of food safety.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We want every dinner experience to be unforgettable. If your box arrives damaged, missing items, or if you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery. We will investigate and offer either:
- a replacement product (where possible), or
- a full or partial refund to your original payment method.
